Silicone
Rubber Reprolastik for fast useToxicologically safe
Reprolastik Q 820 A with Vernetzer Q 820 B
Description:
Reprolastik Q 820 A transparent addition curing 2-part Silicone
rubber, that is mixed 1:1 with the Vernetzer Q 820 B mixed very
quickly in room temperature to a soft, chemically steady Vulcanisation
with a good expanse tear stability polymers.
Characteristics
of the Vulcanisation: - good expanse tear stability - good aging
constancy - good constancy against oils of all type - no
degradation of not polymerised components - absolutely marking free
- very high production yield and especially elastically - Q 1821
A and B capable of making a paste using T – Additiv adjustable
to taste.Field of application: mouldmaking for all areas, in the
area to the manufacture of parts .Food and prosthetics.

Processing:
after longer storage, the original containers should become aufgerührt
short. After that one ventured in the ratio 1: 1 the necessary quantity
Reprolastik into a twice as large container on and mixes both components
intensively together (z. B. with a Handmixer). In order to reach
a flawless Vulcanising, becomes now ca. 2 min. the stirred air in
the vacuum in mind. 40 - 50 mbar ventilates. Short-term Zwischenbelüftungen
increase the effectiveness of the process. Attention! The mass volume
can itself on that 2 - 3 - expand specialties. Please you note unconditionally
